Shipping and Returns
I know how important it is for you to get your order as quickly as possible. That’s why I do my best to ship your orders out within 3 days of your purchase. This does not include weekends or holidays, as I do most everything myself and still have to maintain my family and home. We also accept rush orders so if you are in a pickle and need something last minute I do try to accommodate last minute and rush orders, including same day local pickup. Please be patient and understand we want every order to be right and we are doing our best to get your order out to you, if you think there is a delay or issue with your order do not hesitate to contact us.
Unless otherwise requested, all orders are either picked up locally here in Lake Dallas, Texas or shipped via UPS. After your order ships, UPS is responsible for getting it to you in a timely manner. Typically, this is within 3-7 business days, depending on where you are located in the United States. Rarely, UPS loses an item either temporarily or permanently. If this happens to your order, we apologize and will work with you to determine the best solution to get your order back out to you as fast as possible. Again, once the item leaves our facilities, it is in the hands of UPS and we cannot control their delivery times. Every order is assigned a tracking number which can be referenced on ups.com or through your tracking confirmation email. Due to the nature of our products being custom designed and persoanlized, returns are not accepted unless the product has been grossly missrepresented or not made to order. Orders can not be cancelled or changed after 1 hour of time of order, as we try to process orders as soon as they are received. If you need to make changes to your order please text me at 940-580-5548 and I will do my best to accomodate you depending on what status your order is in processing.
